Dr. Eva A. Werther-Halfar is an executive with line management experience, also in corporate bodies, and experience as a consultant and interim manager, who also has an entrepreneurial background through her own participation in companies. Her focus is on general management, business development, sales and marketing with a focus on growth, internationalization, especially in Eastern Europe.

She is responsible for strategy development as well as its implementation in critical situations before and after insolvency, repositioning, post-merger integration and the launch of greenfield companies / subsidiaries.

She is very familiar with the processes as well as business procedures of globally operating large corporations. This applies equally to the alignment as well as the design of companies of various sizes and ownership structures (medium-sized, listed companies with group size or PE financed companies).

Competencies and experiences

As Managing Director, CSO and generalist at decision-making level, she is able to quickly grasp a wide variety of corporate situations and thus derive the necessary strategies and implementation concepts for sustainable corporate development. She is characterized by a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach. She has a feel for what is feasible and urgent and combines entrepreneurial thinking with a creative drive.

As a member of the presidium of the Bavarian Economic Advisory Council, she is close to companies and knows the current issues. Furthermore, as a mentor at the Accelerator TechFounders at the Technical University of Munich, she has contact to science; she is also very familiar with the topic of startups / spin-offs.

She is characterized by strong communication skills and attaches importance to motivating employee leadership, trusting cooperation with works council, with company owners and associated companies.

She has established and expanded subsidiaries for internationally oriented companies both abroad and in Germany and has successfully led them through growth and crisis situations.
